Meet the Team

I'm Linda, here I am with Katie my crazy Saluki x who takes her role of sprint coach in the walking field very seriously! Having spent many years caring for livestock, I changed course to dogs at Copied Hall in 2005 and love every minute, especially getting to know all our lovely customers both canine and human! I have recently completed courses on Canine Body Language and Reactive Rascals.

I'm Carmen and this is Bailey, my epileptic beagle, whom spends most of his time at work asleep! I have always been obsessed with dogs, I got my work experience at a boarding kennels while at school. I even got some work with a local dog breeders when I was 13 and would help with cleaning them out/ walking/ feeding/ playing and even helping with the whelping on weekends and school holidays. I then studied a level 3 extended diploma in Animal Management (got Destinction:Merit) and whilst there, I got work experience at Second Chance Animal Rescue in West End, Midforest Vets in Totton and also Marwell Zoo. Once completed with college, I worked with my mum dog grooming for 3 years, but it became too much living with her & working with her, and so I got a job at Copied Hall, where i have progressed to weekend manager and have been there for 8 years. I am also canine first aid and CPR trained and have done a nutrition, grooming, psychology, canine anxiety and canine calmness course also, with more to follow. I am also the other half of Country Canine Groomers.

Hi I'm Beth and I have always wanted to work with animals from a young age. Whilst at secondary school I got a part time job looking after peoples dogs and walking them, then I went to Sparsholt college and studied animal care and zoology for 3 years. In May 2013 I started working at Copied Hall and absolutely love it. I have a keen interested in dog behaviour, I was very lucky to be given a medical detection dog in 2010 (to help me with my sudden blood sugar drop) I had to go on a 3 day intense behaviour course (I passed with flying colours) I was given a beautiful chocolate Labrador called Billy who I trusted with my life for nearly 10 years, I sadly lost him in October 2019. Dogs give us so much joy and I am so lucky to work with them. I currently own a miniature Dachshund called Norman, a yellow lab x cocker spaniel called Stanley and recently saved a rescue from a horrible shelter abroad called Nelly she is a mixed breed.

Hi I’m Abi, I studied at Sparsholt for 2 years to get my level 3 qualification in animal management. After college, I spent 4 years working as a dog trainer and border collie and golden retriever breeder. I took a variety of classes such as puppy socialisation classes, basic obedience training classes, non competitive agility and training classes for the kennel club good citizen scheme. Now I work at Copied Hall Kennels to carry on my passion of dogs.
Hi, I’m Chloe, I’ve recently finished BSc Zoo Biology degree at University Centre Sparsholt. Whilst studying I discovered my love for dogs and have worked with them throughout completing my degree. In October 2024, I started working at Copied Hall Kennels part-time which has been so much fun and I’ve enjoyed it so much. Now I am finished with studying I have increased my hours here at the kennels so I can spend as much time as possible enjoying time with the dogs. I’ve loved meeting lots of new dogs and always look forward to welcoming back the regulars!

Hi I am Ella, I completed my two years of study at Sparsholt completing a course Animal management and science in 2024. I joined Copied Hall in 2022 as work experience and quickly became a member of the team. I have been lucky enough to continue working here after finishing my course. I love all animals but have a keen interest in dogs and dog behaviour and hope to continue working in this field in future. I love my role at the kennels and love to spend time with our regulars, but also love getting to know our new dogs.

Hi I’m Lily, ever since I can remember I have wanted to work with animals. Despite not having any dogs myself, I am passionate about caring for all the dogs at Copied Hall. I am currently studying at Sparsholt College doing animal management T level. I have volunteered and worked at the kennels since mid October 2024 and have loved it since I joined! This is me with Abi’s dog Vulcan!

My name is Sally and I am a resident guard dog. I spend my days playing with all my dog pals and the nights on patrol keeping them safe. I love getting to meet all the new dogs every day and playing with my best friends!
